By accessing or using CrewDone ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrewDone provides route optimization, scheduling, and field service management tools for lawn care, pest control, and similar service businesses. The Service includes web and mobile applications, GPS tracking, customer notifications, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

CrewDone offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period:

  • Subscription fee is $39 per crew per month
  • Payment is processed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel at any time with no penalty
  • Refunds are available within the first 30 days

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to CrewDone. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrewDone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
